T.J. has always had an interest in multifamily real estate and has been a great addition to the Summa Terra family. Being a former business owner in the energy efficiency space he brings a unique and highly sought-after talent when it comes to the growing need for efficiency in all facets of real estate and conservation. Outside of Summa Terra, T.J. enjoys baseball, softball, paintball, and spending time with his wife (Celeste) and 2 kids (Emme & Emmett).
